Refund & Cancellation Policy
At NoBrokerLand.com, we value the trust of our users and aim to provide a transparent, fair, and customer-friendly experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services and subscriptions purchased through our mobile application.
1. Free Services
- All property listings, searches, and basic features offered free of cost do not qualify for refunds.
2. Paid Services & Subscriptions
- Paid plans, featured listings, promotional services, and premium subscriptions are non-transferable.
- Once a payment is successfully processed, services are activated immediately. Hence, refunds will not be provided after activation, except in cases where:
- The service was not delivered due to a technical error on our part.
- Duplicate payment was accidentally made.
3. Cancellation of Services
- Users may choose to cancel an active subscription anytime from their account settings.
- Cancellation will stop future auto-renewals (if applicable), but no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
4. Refund Process
If eligible under Clause 2:
- Users must raise a refund request within 7 days of payment by writing to nobrokerland@gmail.com with transaction details.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to standard banking timelines.
5. Exceptions
No refund will be issued if:
- Services were used or partially utilized.
- Incorrect details were provided by the user during listing/registration.
- User failed to use the service within its validity period.
6. Changes to Policy
NoBrokerLand.com reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be effective once published on the app/website.
